THE REASON

"The Glory of a Life" is the continuation of a long-term vision of GSI to innovate a sound of worship that's original, cutting-edge, and multicultural. The vision for this particular project began in January 2007 when we felt God giving us the green light for another CD. That whole year was full of vision, not only for GSI, but for our church, Body of Christ Christian Worship Center, as well. GSI's vision was to "Make His Praise Glorious," based on Psalm 66. In short, this meant to take every resource at our disposal, every instrument, every artistic expression, and use it to reflect the glory of God. Later on in the year, we were inspired to "Go Deeper," to eradicate the shallow areas of our lives and relationships with Christ. This project is an expression of these goals.
